Stefani Estate Heathcote Shiraz fruit is hand harvested from various vineyards in the Heathcote region, located north-west of the Yarra Valley winery.

After bunch sorting, the grapes are open fermented with hand plunging to gently extract tannins. The wine then matures in both new and seasoned French oak barrels for 12 months.

Deep ruby, Stefani Estate Heathcote Shiraz is a generous, textural wine with spicy hints. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
